We're a retired American couple in our 50s and 60s, and we had a fabulous two-week stay here. The staff are all so helpful and impeccably polite, we felt as if we were among old friends. The food was the biggest surprise. There were lots of dishes familiar to Westerners, delicious and in ample quantities at all three meals, with attentive wait staff to help us find a table and bring us wine, water and beer. The pool was super clean and clear, and the bar by the pool was staffed by the friendliest guys who enjoyed doing their job. There's a rockin water aerobics class in the morning. We used the spa extensively because all the treatments were both so good and so cheap. The room was clean and kept that way by a charming housekeeper who made sure we had everything we needed and left rose petals on our pillows. The tub shower was perfect, and we never ran out of hot water. We enthusiastically recommend the El Mouraudi Yasmine Hammamet.

it was the most horrible hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. The rooms were very dirty. We complained at reception that our fridge didn't work, they told us they were going to change it but no one did it. We have complained more than 3 times but there is the impression that the employees no one is doing their job correctly. The elevator in the hotel does not work properly we have to wait a long time to take the elevator and especially since it is a big hotel with a small elevator.

The location was nice, but apart of it there is nothing that could make me stay there even for free! We were offered 3 rooms! All super dirty! Smell of cigarettes and dirt in the air! Dirty burned bed cover. Broken furniture with visible damages like after fights. Carpet with stains and burnt holes. Pillows dirty with someone s blood. Towels black dirt like they were not washed. Some other guests were complaining that someone broke into their room and 200euro is missing. Staff lying into face. They were supposed to send confirmation of payment cancelation next day to email but tgey didn't. They wanted to threat us to be shut up as we are mixed couple and we have to declare marriage certificate. They judged us like we came to have fun there but we are respectful married couple. We stayed in Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet which we fully recommend.

The shower stand was broken. The elevator is insanely slow while it is the only one serving an entire hotel. The staff at the bar/cafeteria and indoor pool are rude. They talk and behave like a gang members when asking people to leave at closing time.
